At some point I got distracted and failed to commit my changes to cvs.
What you find there and the snapshot is not going to work on a modern
kernel, and you may not be able to find the prerequiste kraxel patches
to use cvs with the 2.4 kernel.

This project's SourceForge CVS repository can be checked out through
anonymous (pserver) CVS with the following instruction set. The module
you wish to check out must be specified as the modulename. When
prompted for a password for anonymous, simply press the Enter key.
cvs -d:pserver:firstname.lastname@example.org:/cvsroot/v3tv login
